woohoo.spirits at all time high.finally after 13 weeks,BMT came to an end.had my passing out parade on 7th march.spent lots of time under the hot sun preparing for the parade n it was all worthwhile.especially when our parents put on the jockey cap for us and when we tossed our jockey caps in the air.oh man.tt kinda feeling is beyond description.i would have to say BMTC did gave me a meaningful n memorable BMT experience.met great pals there.we ate,slept,showered,powdered,crawled,ran,marched,had fun n suffered together.haha.although we barely knew each other for 3 mths,the experience we shared is enough to last us a lifetime.i'll always remember u guys.Pegasus Platoon 4 Section 4-Joo Sheng,Ivan,Lie Qi,Jia Long,Jeffery,Yu Zheng,Benjamin,Tian Hong,Ankur,Gary n my dear buddy Zhiwen!lol.
not forgeting our commanders.haha.the times they tekan us,the photos of themselves they took at field camp,the times they tok cock with us.it was definitely them who made the difference.the always-cool-and-calm PC 2LT Shahril,full-of-inspirational-quote PC 2SG Fadzry,company-most-sai-kang sergeant 3SG Nasry,company-cutest sergeant 3SG Ismail and company-slackest-PSP-mad 3SG Low.juz a few quotes from PS:"when the body cries enough,the spirit says never","a bit more pain,a bit more sweat n it'll all be over" and "juz put a thumb in ur mouth n one in ur ass n suck it in".
the last 2 weeks of BMT were rather hectic even though training stopped.Games Day,CO parade,Graduation Parade Rehearsals,all the Retests n of cos the grueling 24 km route march which deserves some special mention.School 2 had our march on 3rd march.we gathered at the parade sq at ard 2 plus in the afternn for warm up n briefing.Pegasus was the last company for the route march.the afternn sun was roasting all of us.the long four with Full Battle Order didnt help us forget the heat.haha.the first few km were fine.fatigue hasnt set in yet.other than the sand in the air,everything was fine.after the 8km mark at old SISPEC,we slowed down unknowingly.gaps between ppl got bigger,singing got softer.we stopped at the 12 km mark,known as the blue lagoon for dinner plus a can of 100 plus each.it was hell after dinner.visibility went to all time low.darkness plus the sand in air.somemore,the round around blue lagoon was a fast march for us la.hell seriously.it felt like it was way more than 4km.after which we headed back to SISPEC for another rest den it was back to BMTC.by the time we reached BMTC,it was pass midnight.the last lap along tekong highway,everyone was high man.we started singing loudly again.singing at the top of your voices as we march pass sch 1 bunks.too bad for those sleeping.lol.after tt was a mad rush to send arms n shower.lights out 0200.haha.
apart from military life.another significant event since the last update was the release of the A level results.cool.did pretty well(in my standards).happy la,given how much effort i put in.GP was a bonus for me.lol.i was overjoyed when i saw a B3.lol.anw.life still goes on.there are so many other measures for success.it's time to move on now.no time to look back anymore.now it's a rush to search for suitable university course.no choice la.no more procastination.future is more or less decided now.havent come to a decision yet but the idea is more or less there.hopefully i wun regret wadever decision i'm gonna make.i cant regret it.
