here i am.juz came back from a mini class gathering.haha.met up with some jc classmates today.some of us went back to njc for funtasia-food n fun fair.haha.really crowded.haha.a once-in-a-while vibrant njc in others' eyes.but i beg to differ.to me,nj was a place tt really changed me a lot,into someone much more outgoing compared to the past.haha.a good change i would have to say.after tt went for dinner with them.a bad choice to have dinner in town on a weekend evening,especially if the group is relatively big.walked ard town hunting for seats.haha.
back to army life.we ended our infocomm 1 course unofficially last week,with an overnight summary exercise outfield(a rare chance to go outfield in SI,haha)i was fortunate enough to be an RID 2-ic,meaning i have to do the spiking again(thanx).but gd thing the spikes were shorter.after a chop-chop set up,we camped in the vehicle to manage comms ie slack cos there were no mobile users for the RID.lol.it was a damn warm day n the interior of the vehicle was a greenhouse.horrible.in the night phase,i was pulled out to be the node warrant.haiz.another slack appointment.juz to assist the node commander.lol.due to unforeseen circumstances,exercise was cut at around 1 am n we headed back to camp.went to bed only at 4 am.nice experience.haha.the rest of the week was practical tests for the various detachments n equipment.haha.
haiz.with end of course comes posting.it's damn bloody unfair for posting to be by index order instead of merit.we were told tt it was by merit.damn.out of the 4 vocations allocated to my platoon,i got the so-called worse wan.it's a 100% stay in wan.argh.the more slack vocations were given mostly to the more slack pple.damn.but of course there were pple who deserve to be there but most dun deserve tt vocation(in my humble opinion)screw it.suck thumb lor.haix.
