havent been updating for 2 months.haha.sort of lost the motivation to update besides the lack of time n energy to do so.things going on now for me are no longer worth noting.meaningless as i've mentioned previously.i seem to be living blindly.but for now,let me vent out some anger.
kinda disappointed about how things r going recently.it's indeed hard for people to live together.conflicts n clashes of interests r inevitable.miscommunications or rather the lack of communication itself brought it upon us.cliques were formed.iron curtains were raised in bunk.we're no longer one.i guess we weren't even one to begin with.this cant be solved overnight i guess.but it has gone to the extent tt some are detesting the presence of the other party.perhaps they are not wrong to choose wad they're doing,or rather not doing.it's a different way of surviving life in green.sometimes i really cant stand the way some people handle things.come on man.we're all in this together.y leave it to others to fill ur shoes?no one owes u anything.other than the term we pen before our names,we're equal.no one has more rights than others.so come on,play ur part.wake up ur idea.it's kinda sad tt things have evolved this way.i certainly wish for this to change for the better but it takes 2 hands to clap.
as for things on the larger scale,all i can say is the coy is in an utter mess.the way we're functioning is totally chaotic n it's kinda pissing us off.once again comunication,or rather the lack of it,was the culprit.we have separate networks within the coy.u dun need an insider to tell the situation now.we can be receiving 2 kind of instructions for a single task.haha.perhaps another factor tt led to this was change.changes in leadership n management is the most prominent thing in this organisation.after wallaby last yr,our OC n PS left.new blood came in,so did a totally new kind of leadership.this OC is more transparent n his way of handling things certainly gave us a shock initially.but he's certainly a nice guy if u put work aside.as for the PS tt left,he calls himself the router.haha.when he was ard,things were more orderly cos he's the one joining the 2 networks together.he's always the one giving us advice on how to do things.i call him the 灵魂人物 of our coy.now the impact of his absence is totally felt on us.it doesnt feel like we're going overseas for exercise when we're leaving Singapore next tuesday.wad a joke rite.haix.sometimes i really wonder is change really that good.yes it's necessary to change to keep up to technology but i guess not all changes r good all the time.some can be fatal and if things dun change for the better,we'll suffer more upon return from taiwan.wad one of my friend said is true.this coy is no longer worth us giving in 100% effort.心灰意冷.
enough of me complaining.on the brighter side.this week ive been on off n leave.objective was for us to spend quality time with our folks at home before we leave for taiwan for 1 month or so.haha.hopefully this exercise can be a fun-filled one.kinda worried about the terrain n traffic there having heard so many unfortunate case studies.maybe this trip can change things for the better.it helps if everyone is going through shit together.haha.
