well...the long awaited perm staff tt i was filling in for is here finally.haha.1 week into the job but i guess she's equally confused as i am when i'm fresh to the company.haha.to think they got me to "teach" her wad to do...the whole office is toking abt a temp teaching a perm.bleah.now tt i am supposed to hand over wad i've been doing to her,i'm supposed to move on to another portfolio due to the leaving of ANOTHER perm.turn-over rate quite high.so these few days i've been rather relaxed.haha.i just need to guide her.but then again,the problem of 2 person doing the same thing is tt we're both not used to each other's style...haha.the worse thing is...i havent handed over everything to her...complete transition is quite impossible within 1 week.all the stuff i learnt in 3 months must teach her in 1 week.how to absorb...n to think i have to understudy the other perm for 3 days to learn everything...mission impossible!!
